Experience
As evidenced by his tireless curiosity, Lance’s introduction to healthcare design over 10 years ago has resulted in the planning and/or design of over 90 projects across the southern and southwestern United States from Florida to Nevada. His continued passion for achieving authentic design solutions for every unique project is testimony to the breadth of both the opportunity and need witnessed in the healthcare delivery system today.

Hobbies outside of work
Lance has focused his passions for the outdoors, documentary photography and youth ministry into the founding of 2Roads Foundation, a 501(C)(3) non-profit whose mission it is to develop alternative ministries for youth.
