Charles has over 30 years of experience as an Architect and Planner in a variety of project types. His medical experience includes Medical Office Buildings, Physicians Offices, and Urgent Care Facilities. Charles is an accomplished speaker on Urban Planning and Mixed-Use Developments and often represents clients before City Boards and Councils.
